The Gen XY & Mass Affluent Training is broken up into several modules to make it easy to learn. Each module has two different TYPES of training. We break them down into the Boot Camp and the Summit. The Boot Camp videos will teach you WHICH documents to use and WHEN to use them. The Summit is all about HOW to deliver that part of the process to a client.

The Foundation Dialogue
Phase One: The Foundation Dialogue is typically the first interaction a prospect has with you and your team. The purpose is to differentiate yourself from other advisors and to begin to understand what is important to the prospect. Taking the prospect through the planning brochure properly is crucial but the most important step in this meeting is to secure the prospects interest in the next meeting.
Keep in mind that there is a slight difference when working with Gen X/Y and the Mass Affluent.
